Open Heavens 27 February 2026 Friday – He Provides Ahead of Your Needs
MEMORISE: Great is our Lord, and of great power: his understanding is infinite. Psalm 147:5
READ: 1 Chronicles 29:11-12 Open Heavens 27 February 2026
11 Thine, O LORD, is the greatness, and the power, and the glory, and the victory, and the majesty: for all that is in the heaven and in the earth is thine; thine is the kingdom, O LORD, and thou art exalted as head above all.
12 Both riches and honour come of thee, and thou reignest over all; and in thine hand is power and might; and in thine hand it is to make great, and to give strength unto all.

MESSAGE: – Open Heavens 27 February 2026 Friday Daily Devotional
God is all-powerful; His power is not seen only in His mighty works but also in how He sometimes mercifully provides the help we need before we even realize we need help.
Years ago, when Redemption City was still more than 95 percent covered with trees and bushes, I went for a walk one night as I usually do. Then, I loved to walk on the footpaths of the bushes to pray so that nobody would disturb me. That night, I was going about praying and enjoying myself because I was alone with God when He suddenly told me to stop. I stopped, and when I looked at the ground, I realized that something unusual was right across my path. The object looked like a log of wood and thought that some people had come into the bush, cut some trees down, and didn’t carry all the logs with them.
However, it suddenly looked as if the log of wood was moving. When I looked more closely, I realized it was a huge python. Immediately the python saw that I had seen it, it raised its head to attack me. Of course, now that I had already seen it, I moved back a bit, and as I turned to look towards my right, I saw a big rock. The rock had already been positioned there by God, and I used it to kill the python. God mercifully provided that big rock in that position even before I went through that path that night. I pray that the Almighty God will supply all the help you need before you even realize you need it, in Jesus’ name.
Before Samson was attacked by over 1,000 Philistines in Judges 15:14-15, God prepared the jawbone of an ass and placed it in a place where his hand could easily reach it. In Numbers 20:1-11, before the Israelites got to the desert, He had provided the rock from which they would get water. Beloved, God has already provided the solution to every problem you can ever encounter. He is too merciful to let you get to a stage where there will be no solution to the challenges you face. If you are currently burdened by a problem, you don’t have to worry; turn to Him and ask Him to open your eyes to see the solution He has already provided. I pray that you will emerge victorious over all obstacles, in Jesus’ name.
PRAYER POINT – Open Heavens 27 February 2026
Father, please open my eyes to see the solutions You have provided to every challenge that comes my way, in Jesus’ name.
Open Heavens 27 February 2026 Friday Hymn
Hymn 27: What A Friend We Have In Jesus
What a friend we have in Jesus,
all our sins and griefs to bear!
What a privilege to carry
everything to God in prayer!
O what peace we often forfeit,
O what needless pain we bear,
all because we do not carry
everything to God in prayer!
2 Have we trials and temptations?
Is there trouble anywhere?
We should never be discouraged;
take it to the Lord in prayer!
Can we find a friend so faithful
who will all our sorrows share?
Jesus knows our every weakness;
take it to the Lord in prayer!
3 Are we weak and heavy laden,
cumbered with a load of care?
Precious Savior, still our refuge–
take it to the Lord in prayer!
Do your friends despise, forsake you?
Take it to the Lord in prayer!
In his arms he’ll take and shield you;
you will find a solace there.
Prayer Points for Open Heavens 27 February 2026 – He Provides Ahead Of Your Needs
1. Father, I thank You for Your infinite understanding and great power. Thank You that You see the end from the beginning and provide for my needs before I even recognize them, in Jesus’ name.
2. Lord, I ask for mercy for every time I have worried about my needs, doubted Your provision, or failed to trust that You have already prepared solutions for challenges I have not yet faced, in Jesus’ name.
3. Father, just as You positioned the rock in the bush before the author encountered the python, position help, resources, and solutions along my path before I encounter my next challenge, in Jesus’ name.
4. Lord, open my eyes to see the “jawbones” You have already placed within my reach—the resources, people, and opportunities that will bring me victory over every enemy and obstacle, in Jesus’ name.
5. Father, before the Israelites reached the desert, You had already provided the rock that would give them water. Before I enter any difficult season, I pray that You have already prepared my breakthrough, in Jesus’ name.
6. Lord, I declare that I will never encounter a problem without a solution because You go before me and prepare the way. Every mountain shall be leveled, and every valley filled, in Jesus’ name.
7. Father, I receive the grace to recognize Your provisions when they appear, even in unexpected forms like a rock, a jawbone, or a simple meal. Let me not miss my season of visitation, in Jesus’ name.
8. Lord, thank You for being too merciful to let me get to a stage where there is no solution to my challenges. I trust You completely to always make a way where there seems to be no way, in Jesus’ name.
9. Father, for everyone reading this who is burdened by a problem today, I pray that You will reveal the solution You have already prepared and grant them victory over every obstacle, in Jesus’ name.
10. My personal prayer point: (Mention specific challenges you are facing and ask God to reveal the solutions He has already prepared).
11. Thank You, Father, for going before me and preparing my way. I rest in the assurance that You have already supplied all I need before I even ask, in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.
